Information on the conformity of services

We are continuously working on making our website accessible in order to provide equal access for all users.

The legal basis for accessibility is derived from the Accessibility Act (BaFG), which is based on the European Accessibility Act (EAA). Section 14 in conjunction with Section 4 BaFG are particularly relevant here.

Our website provides the opportunity to submit offers for the machines, vehicles, etc. offered on our platform. The website provides an overview of the offers from which individual products can be selected. Further information is available for each product. Registration is required to submit an offer.

Accessibility

The specific technical measures are based on EN 301 549, based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA. Compliance with the four accessibility principles serves as the overarching benchmark: Perceivability, usability, comprehensibility and robustness.

As part of the ongoing development of our website, our aim is to continuously improve accessibility and fully integrate it into the structure and functionality of the website. Accessibility is currently supported by the following functions of the eye-able Assits application:

  • Adjust font size
  • Have the website read aloud
  • Adjust contrast
  • Set filters for colour weakness
  • and much more

 

Despite existing measures, not all content is yet fully accessible. There is potential for improvement in individual areas of the website, particularly with regard to accessibility:

  • There are links without link text on all pages.
  • The contrast between text and background is too low on several pages.
  • On several pages, the language stored in HTML does not match the page language.


The identified restrictions are being gradually rectified.

The following are not accessible: PDFs, videos etc. that were uploaded before 28/06/2025 as well as external pages and content from third-party providers that we cannot design directly.
