• We don't provide a Belgian Car pass ( https://www.car-pass.be/en ) automatically. Please check if you need this document for registration in your country. You can only get this document by going to a Belgian inspection center. We have an inspection center close to our office in Olen. If you want us to provide the Car pass, we will charge €100 with 21% tax extra.
• The decision to award the object of sale will be made on the basis of the written bids submitted and after a final internal examination. STRABAG BMTI is not obliged to decide in favor of one of the bids submitted.
• Bidders' expenses will not be reimbursed.
• Bids will only be considered if they contain a real price offer.
• STRABAG BMTI reserves the right, within the framework of a last-call procedure, to give for the opportunity to improve their bid. However, there is no entitlement to the implementation of the procedure.
• We will invoice with 21% tax. When you send us prove of registration of the car in Europa, we will make a credit note for the 21% tax.
• The vehicles must be picked up within 30 days of payment
